  • Phase 1 : Retail Podium and Office Tower

    Offices at The Galleon will be comprised of 31-office levels with food and retail shops on the first two levels of the tower. There will also be 5 levels of basement parking to cater to office patrons and tenants. The unit sizes for offices will range from 75 to 767sqm with prices ranging from Php20.9 million to Php184.3 million. These office units will be for sale for investors and businesses who want to own their place of business so they won’t rent anymore. The project is currently on the pre-selling stage and expected to be finished in 2025.

    The office spaces at The Galleon, a typical floor plate will have a floor-to-ceiling Slab Soffit measuring about 2.7 meters.
